Pomodoro Technique timer online

The Pomodoro Technique splits work into focused intervals (traditionally 25 minutes) separated by short breaks (5 minutes). When a work session ends this timer automatically switches to a break countdown and alerts you, then cycles back to work. Both durations are configurable — some people prefer 50/10, others 45/15. The cycle counter increments each time you complete a work session, giving you a record of the sessions done.

All state lives in the page — refresh to start fresh. Nothing is stored or sent to any server, so the timer works entirely offline once the page has loaded.

FAQ

What is the Pomodoro Technique? It is a time-management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. You work for a set interval, take a short break, and repeat. After four work sessions you typically take a longer break.

Can I change the durations mid-session? The inputs are locked while the timer is running. Press Reset first to apply new work or break lengths.
