Pixel Art Editor

Draw pixel art and sprites on a grid, then export a PNG — all in your browser.

Palette

Draw pixel art right in your browser

Pick a grid size, choose a colour from the palette or the colour picker, and paint cells by clicking or dragging across the grid. Switch on the eraser to clear cells, toggle the grid lines on or off while you work, and clear the whole canvas to start over. Empty cells stay transparent, so your sprite drops cleanly onto any background.

When you are happy with your art, export it as a crisp PNG. The image is rendered with smoothing turned off so every pixel stays sharp, and unpainted cells are saved as transparent. Everything runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded, and your artwork never leaves your device.

FAQ

Is the exported image transparent? Yes. Cells you never paint are saved as fully transparent pixels, so the PNG drops neatly onto any background.

Does changing the grid size erase my art? No. When you change the size, cells that still fit are kept and the rest of the grid is empty, so growing the canvas never loses your work.

How big is the exported PNG? Each cell is exported as a 16×16 block of pixels, so a 16×16 grid becomes a 256×256 image. The export is scaled with smoothing disabled to keep the pixels crisp.

Is anything uploaded to a server? No. The editor is 100% client-side — drawing and PNG export happen in your browser, and nothing is ever sent anywhere.
