Meeting Time Planner

Find the best meeting time across multiple time zones — see overlap hours at a glance.

Enter a date and a list of IANA time zone identifiers (one per line). The planner shows every UTC hour where all zones fall within standard working hours (09:00–17:00 local). Green cells indicate a working hour; muted cells are outside working hours. Nothing is uploaded — all calculations happen in your browser using the built-in Intl.DateTimeFormat API.

FAQ

What are IANA time zone identifiers? They are canonical zone names like America/New_York or Asia/Tokyo, more precise than abbreviations like "EST" because they encode the full historical daylight-saving rule set. You can find the full list on the IANA Time Zone Database website.

Why are there no overlap hours for my team? Teams spread across very different regions — for example New York and Tokyo — have no common working-hour window. Consider shifting the meeting outside standard hours for one location, or use asynchronous communication instead.
